Our storefront is reminiscent of the old west with large wooden beams holding up the front overhang and a rustic wood engraved sign. There is no pretense in our craft or our business. We live what we build and we build what we have lived. My answer to him was simply this: history. A while ago someone asked me what makes our rifles different than any other custom sporter you can buy for nothing more than a bit of money. It is the labor and heart of a thousand hunts lived and breathed in a land nearly forgotten by time. That my friends is the sound of experience. As you walk amongst the game heads, the photos and the people in the aisles you can hear the faint sound of a milling machine coming from the gunshop. Behind the main till is an assortment of outdoor themed giftware and look up for a flock of birds on the east wall. In the reloading corner you'll find a black bear rug, antelope, and yet another life size ram. There is a polar bear above the archery section and a great display of local and exotic varieties of fish above the fishing section. To your right a long row of firearms and ammunition sets the stage for the caribou, mule deer, moose, elk, whitetails and cougar that line the north wall. Above your head the collection of big horn sheep includes a life size ram on a rock. This is truly a "must see" destination for tourists and sportsmen. The front door handles are made of elk antler that feels solid and warm even on the coldest day. Just inside the building there is a customer photo brag wall and beyond that your jaw drops to the floor as you enter "a sportsman's dream". See real grizzly bear paw castings in the concrete posts on both sides of the entrance.
